Former University of Louisville men’s basketball player Brian Bowen has filed a racketeering lawsuit against Adidas.
Bowen claims Adidas and others cost him his college eligibility and robbed him of an opportunity to be a high profile NBA draft pick.
According to WDRB.com:
The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court in Columbia, S.C., according to a copy of a complaint posted on the McLeod Law Group’s website.
Bowen enrolled at U of L in 2017 but never played a game after he was linked to a federal investigation into college basketball corruption.
