Former Kentucky forward Bryce Hopkins suffers knee injury

Former Kentucky forward Bryce Hopkins suffered what appeared to be a knee injury during Providence’s loss to Seton Hall last night.

Hopkins went down at center court and was screaming in pain. He eventually had to be helped off the court. He will have an MRI today to determine the extent of the injury.

Since leaving Kentucky, Hopkins has blossomed into a star for the Friars. He is averaging 15.5 points and 8.6 rebounds per game this season.

Bryce Hopkins is helped off by teammates to the Providence locker room. He was shrieking in pain at center court, holding his leg.
