Last season, the Eagles won 23 games and made a run to the CBI Tournament finals.

MOREHEAD, Ky. – Following a 23-win season and a trip to the College Basketball Invitational Finals, Morehead State head men’s basketball coach Sean Woods has had his contract extended through the 2019-20 season.
“This extension means a lot to me. It shows that (Athletic Director) Brian (Hutchinson) and (University President) Dr. (Wayne D.) Andrews appreciate the work that we’ve been doing since I got here,” said Woods.
