Now that the Kentucky Wildcats’ regular season has ended, we’re going to start hearing of players transferring out of the program.
The first player to leave will be cornerback M.J. Devonshire, who announced Thursday that he’s entering the transfer portal.
Devonshire, a redshirt freshman and former Class of 2019 recruit, has appeared in four career games with six tackles and two pass deflections. He made one tackle this season in the loss to Missouri and one pass breakup in the win over Vanderbilt.
Rivals had the 5-11, 182-pound Devonshire rated as a four-star cornerback and the sixth-best player from Pennsylvania, where he played at Aliquippa High School.
