Father Believes Unfair Media Scrutiny Contributed to Isaiah Briscoe’s Poor Shooting Last Season

Isaiah Briscoe is receiving positive feedback from pro scouts but still hasn’t made a decision to stay in the NBA Draft.

According to Briscoe’s father, Isaiah is shooting better and has regained his confidence during NBA workouts. His father believes unfair media scrutiny contributed to Briscoe’s poor shooting at Kentucky last season.

Briscoe, a 6-foot-3 former McDonald’s All-American, averaged 9.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.1 assists in 32.2 minutes per game as a freshman last season, starting 33 games for the Wildcats. But his shooting nose-dived to 13.
