Kentucky Basketball freshman Tyler Herro opened a lot of eyes in the BBN and also the country as he took over on offense in the Bahamas.
ESPN thinks the time is now to buy your stock in Tyler Herro.
Herro’s not Calipari’s highest-rated freshman this season, but the 6-foot-5 shooting guard looked awfully comfortable functioning as his offense’s de facto featured scorer in the Bahamas. In four games, Herro showed an ability to score efficiently from both sides of the arc while personally accounting for 28 percent of the Wildcats’ shot attempts during his minutes.
Justus told me the freshman’s performance was just more of what the coaching staff has come to expect.
