ESPN’s Chris Low released his midseason All-American team this morning and two Kentucky Wildcats made the list: offensive guard Bunchy Stallings and linebacker Josh Allen.
“One of the keys to Kentucky’s hot start this season has been its experience,” Low writes. “The Wildcats are laden with players who’ve been in the program for at least three years, and the 6-foot-3, 305-pound Stallings is a redshirt senior who’s paved the way for a big chunk of Benny Snell’s 699 rushing yards and eight touchdowns. Stallings played some center earlier in his career and is in the best shape of his career.
