As we await the official word from the Kentucky basketball team regarding their NBA Draft decisions, we know of at least one player who has not chosen which path he will choose and will take his time with the process.
In an interview with Jerry Tipton of the Herald-Leader, EJ Montgomery’s father, Efrem, said his son has submitted a request for evaluation from the NBA, but has not received a response quite yet.
Teams have, however, reached out about the 6-foot-10 sophomore’s status and what his plans are, a positive sign in the eyes of the Montgomery family.
