Believe it or not, we’re a quarter through the regular season. Eight games in, the Cats have one loss and are ranked fifth in the country; no matter how much we nitpick, that’s not bad for a team that lost seven players to the NBA, right?

Murray is UK’s leading scorer, but has yet to have the breakout game we’ve been waiting for. We know Murray’s good — at least once a game, he’ll drive the lane and flip the ball into the basket with remarkable ease — but he still seems to be adjusting to the college game, as well as sharing the backcourt with Tyler Ulis and Isaiah Briscoe.
