Eastern Kentucky University is apparently planning to go against the Ohio Valley Conference plan for football.
According to a report by the Richmond Register, EKU is opting out of the OVC’s plan and doing their own thing.
The OVC moved conference games to Spring and allowed teams to play up to four non-conference games in the fall. The Colonels are planning to play eight non-conference games:
