Terrence Clarke was back in Lexington when Kentucky dropped to 5-11 with a loss at Mizzou last night, but Clarke became the story after the game due to comments from John Calipari.
In Calipari’s postgame explanation of why Clarke was absent, he said he left his injured guard back home with assistant coach Joel Justus to see if they can get Clarke ready for Saturday’s game against Tennessee.
“If he can practice without limping tomorrow and Friday, we may play him Saturday. If he’s limping, I don’t see how he’s going to play. After five weeks, you’re still limping?
