Perhaps the constant stink of the hot garbage pile of an NBA team has finally warped the mind of DeMarcus Cousins that he no longer knows what he's saying.
That's one way to explain Cousins' thinking as of late, as well as his cryptic tweeting:
Most assumed that was in reference to the Kings spending the 13th-overall pick on Greek center Georgios Papagiannis, a player projected to go in the second round by most services. Cousins, having endured six straight losing seasons with the Kings (who've endured 10 straight as a franchise), was hoping to see a franchise-changing player, or at the very least a quality role player, end up going there, but instead, he watched a potential draft-and-stash guy with limited NBA upside be the pick.
