Former Kentucky big man DeMarcus Cousins has helped lead Strong Group Athletics to the semifinal found of the Dubai International Basketball Championship.
Cousins scored a game-high 21 points and pulled down 10 rebounds to lead SGA to a 100-63 win over Sharjah Sports Club.
With the win, Strong Group is on to the semifinal round where they will face Tunisia’s national basketball team on Saturday, Feb 1.
Cousins and Strong Group are now 5-0 overall in the tournament.
