The Michigan native impressed Kentucky’s coaches as soon as he stepped on campus in January. After and exceptional spring season, Square earned significant special teams roles and filled in admirably for Jordan Jones and Kash Daniel. When Daniel was suspended for the first half of the Texas A&M game, Square recorded a career-high six tackles at Kyle Field. The true freshman finished his first season with 29 tackles, 2.5 for loss, 3 quarterback hurries, a forced fumble and a pass deflection.
