The fifth-year senior finished this afternoon with 20 points on 7/13 shooting (6/11 from deep), seven assists, and five rebounds. Coming off the Ole Miss game where he recorded eight assists, it is obvious who John Calipari is going to turn to at point for the rest of this season.
In the last two games of being the primary point guard, Mintz has recorded 15 assists to only three turnovers.
