As expected, the Kentucky Wildcats will lose a quarterback via the transfer route.
On Tuesday, third-string signal-caller Danny Clark announced his decision to transfer from the school:
Clark, a redshirt freshman, is unlikely to see the field for the next two seasons since Terry Wilson is just a redshirt sophomore. That means Clark ‘may’ be able to win the starting job when he’s a senior, so it makes sense for him to move on and find somewhere he can compete a lot sooner.
You’ve also got Gunnar Hoak, a redshirt sophomore who was Wilson’s backup for the entire 2018 season.
