Kentucky basketball signee Daimion Collins has been named to the Naismith Trophy High School Player of the Year midseason team, just one of 25 players to make the list.
The Naismith Trophy is awarded annually by the Atlanta Tipoff Club.
Collins, a five-star prospect out of Atlanta, Texas, is currently averaging 34.3 points, 14.8 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 5.0 blocks per contest through nine games of his senior season at Atlanta High School.
