Now that all of the dust has seemingly settled around the UofL basketball program, Chris Mack is looking to establish himself in the 2019 recruiting trenches.
While they were still at Xavier, Mack and assistant coach Luke Murray were eyeing 4-star 6’10” forward Aidan Igiehon out of Woodmere, NY. Now, the tandem are trying to coax Igiehon to Louisville. But as Mack is going to find out, recruiting can be a little more contentious in the Bluegrass. The Courier-Journal’s Jon Hale notes that the big man is now drawing attention from the blue bloods:
“I’m hearing from pretty much everybody in the country,” Igiehon said Saturday after his AAU squad, Team Rio, completed its third game of the weekend at the Under Armour Association event.
