The Kentucky Wildcats are in danger of achieving the rare feat of opening a season as the No. 1 team and managing to fall out of the top 25 completely.
Ironically, the last team to do it was UK back in the 2013-14 season before making a miraculous NCAA Tournament run and making it to the national title game. It remains to be seen if this team has it in them to make that kind of run, but they're close to having to do so after falling out of the top 25 as well.
