The Cleveland Cavaliers have waived Billy Preston and Andrew Harrison — a pair of players on Two-Way contracts, league sources told cleveland.com.
With those spots available, the Cavs have signed Jaron Blossomgame and Jalen Jones to Two-Way contracts.
