The Kentucky football program has now picked up commitments in back-to-back days.
On Tuesday morning, five-star kicker/punter Jacob Kauwe announced on social media that he has committed to play for the Wildcats. The 6-foot-2, 200-pound special teams prospect out of Billings (MT) West officially visited Kentucky during the middle of last week and left Lexington with a full-ride scholarship in hand.
Kauwe is the sixth commitment for Kentucky’s 2024 class. He joins IOL Jadon Lafontant, who chose the Wildcats on Monday, as this week’s pledges.
According to Kohl’s Kicking, Kauwe is rated as a five-star when it comes to both kicking and punting.
