Chris Rodriguez, Kentucky football hand Louisville fourth straight Governor's Cup loss

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Kentucky football’s winning ways in the Governor's Cup rivalry continued Saturday.

Kentucky, which entered having lost five of its past seven games, found form at the right time, upending No. 25 Louisville 26-13 at Kroger Field. It marks the Wildcats' (7-5) fourth straight victory over the Cardinals (7-5). It's the longest winning streak in the rivalry since U of L tasted victory five straight times from 2011 through 2015. That came on the heels of four consecutive Wildcat wins (2007-10).

Saturday's triumph was keyed by an all-around effort for Kentucky.
