The quarterback competition has remained relatively news free throughout the spring. Terry Wilson, Gunnar Hoak and Danny Clark have all received mixed reviews and Eddie Gran is in no rush to name a starter.
Touchdown Terry brings more hype than any other, but right now it’s all hype. Gran said Wilson has a long way to go, which is right where he should be.
“We gotta remember where Stephen Johnson was at this point. Everybody was like, ‘Whew! Not quite sure.’ It’s the quarterback position, it’s tough.”
He added: “I just gotta remind myself to kind of mellow out.
