It is one thing to talk trash about an opponent or make threats you hope you can back up on the field, but guaranteeing victory is a different story entirely.
That’s exactly what Florida Gators defensive back Chauncey Gardner-Johnson did on Monday.
Gardner-Johnson is coming off of a big game on Saturday, finishing Florida’s 53-6 victory over Charleston Southern with a team high five tackles and two sacks. He was second on the team a year ago with 58 tackles to go with one sack and two interceptions.
However, he struggled mightily at times in terms of missing tackles.
