Former Kentucky running back Ray Davis’ rookie season with the Buffalo Bills came to a close on Sunday with a 32-29 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship game.
Despite only rushing twice for four yards in that game, his role made a difference in the team’s offense this season, and he proved that he has the potential to be a star in the league.
Davis, who was drafted in the fourth round (128th overall) in the 2024 NFL draft, primarily served in a backup role behind two-time Pro Bowler and 2022 second-round pick James Cook.
