LEXINGTON — This was not the way the story was supposed to end.
Since a rash of injuries forced do-everything wide receiver Lynn Bowden to assume Kentucky’s starting quarterback role a month ago, the Youngstown, Ohio native has looked super human more often than not.
Only a top-10 Georgia team aided by a heavy rain had been able to stop the run-heavy attack with Bowden at the helm.
