LEXINGTON, Ky. – Somewhat lost in the frenzy of Kentucky’s overtime loss to Seton Hall on Saturday was an interesting development for the Wildcats’ bench.

With 1:19 left in the first half and Kentucky leading by five, redshirt freshman guard Jemarl Baker checked into a game for the first time as a Wildcat.

Baker, who missed all of last season with a knee injury, had dressed out for most of Kentucky’s games in the last month but had yet to play as he dealt with lingering trouble with the knee.
