Cameron Calhoun is back on the open market. The three-star cornerback did something unusual Monday afternoon. Most players, like Jamarrion Harkless, cap off an official visit by announcing a commitment. He did the opposite, decommitting from West Virginia after officially visiting Morgantown.
“To the University of West Virginia, I’m so thankful to have this opportunity to be recruited, and be committed to a wonderful university,” Calhoun Tweeted. “I would like to thank Coach Brown for believing in me and letting me be a part of the Mountaineer family. I would also like to thank the Mountaineer family for taking me in as one of theirs and treating me well since I’ve been committed.
