For the past few months, Kentucky has made a huge effort to get all of the program’s former players back for Big Blue Madness. Throughout the night, former Wildcats have trickled in on the blue carpet, spanning decades of Kentucky Basketball, and after John Calipari was introduced to the crowd, he invited them all on stage with him in what was a very cool moment.
“This is family. Our former stars and our current players, the Big Blue Nation, make up one big family,” Cal said. “This, my friend, is what family is all about.
