“This team, it’s gonna be a process. We’re not gonna be a finished product the first week of the season, and the first month of the season, in the first two months of the season. But we have a chance with this group because what they are who they are, how they play and what they’re about. We got a chance to be special again and I’m anxious to get going.”
Alex Poythress is back to full contact drills, and Cal said he’s about 65-70% healthy. It’s just in time for workouts to begin. They’ll do some work tomorrow, before going hard Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
