Following yesterday’s loss to Auburn, John Calipari was quickly on the road to recruit in Massachusetts where he watched his son, Brad, play class of 2016 five-star commitment Wenyen Gabriel.
Brad’s school, The MacDuffie School, came out with a 69-61 victory over Gabriel’s Wilbraham and Monson Academy (Mass.).
Calipari had 17 points, including five three pointers and was named the team’s MVP for the game. Gabriel on the other hand had 18 points, 13 rebounds and eight blocks and impressed many with his effort and fight on the glass.
