Former Pendleton County superstar Dontaie Allen will get his opportunity to shine as a Wildcat at some point, and it may be as soon as this weekend when Kentucky takes on Louisville at the KFC Yum! Center on Saturday.
In desperate need of scoring help, along with other obvious turmoil within the basketball program, UK head coach John Calipari says Allen’s opportunity will come soon.
When that time comes, he’ll need to be ready.
“What I’m saying to Dontaie, “Be ready for your opportunity,”‘ Calipari said during his call-in radio show Monday evening. “He’s had an unbelievable attitude.
