Originally suffering a calf injury back in early October – one that was initially deemed “nothing major” – John Calipari announced later in the month Brooks would be out “a couple more weeks.” After loosely participating in Kentucky’s Pro Day and Big Blue Madness events, Calipari said Brooks would miss the first week of games, followed by another “two, three weeks,” and then another “two or three weeks” a week after that.
