With 4 regular season games remaining, Kentucky has 2 legitimate players with a chance at SEC Player of the Year. And while I love what Nick Richards has become, and he would deserve Most Improved National Player of the Year if it existed, I think Immanuel Quickey has been the Cats most valuable player and the choice for SEC Player of the Year at this point. Is he the best player in the league? Nope. That is Anthony Edwards. Hell, is he the “best” player on his team? Probably not. That would probably be Tyrese Maxey. But is he having the best season of anybody in the league?
