Kentucky is still looking for its first frontcourt pledge in the 2021 class, and Bryce Hopkins could be the first to pop.
After Hopkins decommitted from Louisville last month, the Wildcats quickly jumped into the mix. and they’ve been viewed as the favorite ever since, so much that some believed he could commit very soon.
However, Hopkins had never visited Kentucky’s campus before, and recruits don’t typically commit to schools they’ve not visited.
Good news. Hopkins has apparently made his way to Lexington for a visit to Kentucky, according to Jake Weingarten.
FYI: Recruits are allowed to visit college campuses just to visit.
