John Calipari could be looking to fill a hole in his staff for the upcoming season.
According to Adam Zagoria of ZAGSBLOG, Kentucky Men’s Basketball associate head coach, Bruiser Flint, is interviewing for the Fordham head coaching job. Fordham’s previous head coach, Kyle Neptune, recently accepted the same position with Villanova following the surprise announcement of Jay Wright’s retirement. Along with Flint, Providence assistant Ivan Thomas, Rutgers associate head coach Brandin Knight, and Bryant head coach Jared Grasso are interviewing for the Fordham gig.
Zagoria also reports that a decision is expected “in the next day or so” with an official announcement set for Tuesday.
