Bronny James cleared to return at USC following cardiac arrest

Bronny James, son of NBA legend LeBron James, is set to make his return to the practice floor for the USC Trojans, cleared by team doctors just over four months after suffering cardiac arrest during a summer workout.

It’s a full return, practicing next week before suiting up in his first college games shortly after.

“Bronny James is now cleared by his doctors for a full return to basketball. Bronny will have a final evaluation with USC staff this week, resume practice next week, and return to games soon after,” a family spokesperson said in a statement.
