Kentucky basketball legend Kyle Macy had a lot on his mind last week when he called in for an Indianapolis radio interview.
He had thoughts about John Calipari, who recently wrapped up his 10th season leading the Wildcats. He had thoughts about Kentucky's scheduling, including the resistance to playing nonconference road games. And, he had thoughts about what really constitutes the "greatest day in Kentucky basketball history."
People criticize Calipari and UK all the time, but when the source of the criticism is a guy who helped the Wildcats win the 1978 national championship and former SEC Player of the Year, it makes the news.
