Kentucky has landed its third commitment in the class of 2020.
Lance Ware, a four-star forward out of Camden, NJ, chose the Wildcats this afternoon over offers from Michigan, Ohio State, Miami, Providence, Georgetown, Louisville, and Oregon, among others.
The 6-foot-9, 215-pound forward joins a long list of elite New Jersey natives to play for John Calipari that includes Dajuan Wagner, Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Dakari Johnson, Karl-Anthony Towns, Isaiah Briscoe, Nick Richards, and Kahlil Whitney.
Playing for the NY Renaissance during the Nike EYBL summer circuit this year, the newest Wildcat averaged 10.2 points, 5.8 rebounds, and a block per game during the EYBL regular season, but then upped that to 14.
