Brandon Knight has found a home in a foreign land.
After the Cleveland Cavaliers shipped Knight to Detroit in early 2020, the former Kentucky star has struggled to find a permanent place in the NBA. He played in nine contests as a Piston, made a five-game memory lane with the Dallas Mavericks, and wandered without an NBA team for nearly a year.
Finally, on March 14, Knight signed with the Quebradillas Pirates. He hasn’t looked back since. The 6-foot-2 guard leads the Baloncesto Superior Nacional (BSN), the top sector of Puerto Rico basketball, in scoring with 24.
