Kentucky improved to 2-1 following an 80-55 victory over Mount St. Mary’s. The box score is impressive, despite a late, lengthy scoring drought.
Oscar Tshiebwe was incredible, again. He insists he’s not a machine, but evidence suggests otherwise. After consecutive 20-rebound performances, he followed it up with a career-high 24 points and 16 rebounds.
Oscar wasn’t the only one with a career high. TyTy Washington made 7-of-12 shots to score 16 points. Sahvir Wheeler added 12 points and 8 assists, giving the UK point guard a 20-1 assist-to-turnover ratio over the last two games.
