LEXINGTON - Kentucky football has landed one of its top two remaining 2020 recruiting targets.
Bowling Green High School star Vito Tisdale, a four-star safety according to the 247Sports Composite, committed to Kentucky on Saturday during the All-American Bowl on NBC. He picked the home-state Wildcats over finalists Alabama, Georgia and Texas A&M.
Tisdale's commitment gives Kentucky five of the top eight players in the state's high school senior class, according to the 247Sports Composite. He is ranked as the No. 3 senior in the state, behind Covington Catholic tight end Michael Mayer (Notre Dame) and Frederick Douglas offensive tackle Walker Parks (Clemson).
