Dorian Baker rightfully deserved credit for being the hero of Saturday night’s escape, but the other outside wide receiver, Blake Bone, deserves credit for keeping Kentucky in the game.
Bone had not been targeted often this season, entering Saturday’s game with only 6 catches for 49 yards. Many receivers, especially one with a personality as big as Blake’s, could have put there head down and pouted. Instead, he had the best game of his career. He had 7 catches for 85 yards, one more catch than his season total and almost twice as many yards.
