SPRINGFIELD, MASS. – Eight states, two NBA arenas and some home games at a Division I school. The Sierra Canyon boys high school basketball team isn’t close to done with its season, but the Trail Blazers are growing accustomed to playing in front of capacity crowds.
BJ Boston, a Kentucky signee and the No. 15 player in the country according to 247 Sports composite rankings, is one of Sierra Canyon’s main attractions. With two teammates who are the sons of future NBA Hall of Famers and myriad other Division I talents, the attention around Sierra Canyon is helping Boston get used to what he will experience in Lexington come next fall.
