Bellarmine University assistant coach and former Louisville player Felton Spencer was arrested on DUI charges early Sunday morning.

Oldham County Police arrested Propsect resident Felton Spencer Jan. 6 after they found him unresponsive at the Thortons gas station in Prospect at 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
When police approached his vehicle, they saw a red plastic cup with ice in it in his hand, according to the arrest citation.
After the officer knocked on the window to wake him up, Spencer told him that he was coming from his house and had fell asleep at the gas station.
