The real Josh Allen kicked off the 2023 NFL season with a sack hat trick and it took him just three weeks to repeat that feat. Allen gave the American Football fans in London a defensive fireworks show at Wembley Stadium, as his Jacksonville Jaguars dominated the Atlanta Falcons 23-7 on Sunday. Allen’s three sacks give him six on the year and a tie for the league lead.
He also had three QB hits, two tackles-for-losses, and a forced fumble. Plus, his post-sack Karate Kid pose was of the utmost quality.
The former Kentucky pass rusher is in a contract year this season and is either looking for a big payday from the Jags, the team that drafted him 7th overall in 2019, or perhaps another team with deep pockets in the market for an elite edge defender.
