While Big Blue Nation was licking its wounds following an inexcusable loss to UNC Wilmington, De’Aaron Fox was putting a licking on the NBA defending champions, the Denver Nuggets. The former Kentucky guard dished out a career-best 16 assists in the Sacramento Kings’ win.
Fox did not just play the role of facilitator. He also had a team-high 26 points and three steals on the night as well. After winning the first-ever Clutch Player of the Year award last season, Fox has picked up right where he left off this year.
