Although Miami’s three-game winning streak was snapped Monday night, Bam Adebayo continued his All-Star-caliber season.
The former second-team All-SEC selection finished with 20 points and 13 rebounds, good for his 22nd double-double of the season. Adebayo’s 22 double-doubles rank ninth in the NBA this season. Big Blue alum Julius Randle ranks third in the NBA with 27 double-doubles.
Adebayo is one of only four players this season averaging 20+ points and 10+ rebounds per game while shooting 50% from the field, joined by 2x MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo, 2x MVP Nikola Jokic, and former ‘Cat Anthony Davis.
