The Courier Journal's Dominique Yates and Jake Lourim talk about the latest developments in the Louisville football coaching search. Jeff Faughender, Louisville Courier Journal
As Louisville looks for a new coach and Kentucky prepares for its most prestigous bowl game in decades, one of the city's top high school senior football recruits is back on the market.
Four-star Ballard linebacker Jared Casey has decommitted from Oregon, he confirmed Wednesday morning in a text message to the Courier Journal.
Casey did not immediately respond to a request for an update on which schools he will consider moving forward, but Kentucky, Louisville and Wisconsin were his other finalists when he initially committed to Oregon in October.
