People at the Kentucky State Fair were treated to this exact scenario this week.
On Wednesday evening, Jude Redfield of WDRB caught up with what certainly has to be one of the biggest diehard Kentucky fans in the state.
Why? The man has permanent signatures of Mark Stoops, Josh Allen, Kash Daniel, Tyler Herro, Keldon Johnson, Reid Travis, Brad Calipari, Tony Delk, and Maci Morris, among several others, tattooed on each of his legs.
